    • Proceed with Eviction Services if rent is not collectable
    • Provide a Year-end Accounting of Receipts and Expenses for Tax Purposes

    • Provide 24-Hour Emergency Service Number
    • Experienced Maintenance personnel for common repairs
    • Obtain Bids as Needed for Major Expenditures
    • Owners Approval of all Expenditures that Exceed the Limit Specified in the Management Agreement
